An extra week of holiday leave
We provide an extra week of holiday leave in addition to the requirements stipulated by the Labour Code, i.e., you have a total of 25 days holiday leave a year. Employees working under difficult conditions and after having worked for our company for ten years receive additional days of holiday leave.
We offer the option of subsidised meals without the need to place orders in advance. You can choose from meat, vegetarian, special choice or frozen, soup, desserts.....
Additional pension insurance contribution
If you are making payments towards additional pension insurance, your employer will contribute a monthly amount according to the valid Collective Agreement once the trial period elapses.

How does recruitment work and where can I find out more about the offered jobs?
It’s easy. You can contact us personally at the reception desk, by telephone or e-mail. Provide basic information about yourself by filling in the personal questionnaire (available at reception or sent electronically). You can also send us your CV directly. We will then arrange a date for a tour of the workplace, possibly a date for an interview. You can start work once the essential formalities have been arranged.
What conditions do I have to meet in order to work for your company?
You primarily have to undergo a medical examination by one of our contractual physicians, who will judge whether you are medically fit for the specific job. The rest is up to you and us.
I have no experience with chemical production. How will you train me?
We are aware that the chances of success are very small without proper training. This is why a more experienced colleague will take care of you from the beginning and you will start with the simplest operations under their supervision, gradually working your way up to more complicated procedures. People who are interested in the job will learn how to do it.
What benefits does your company offer?

What exactly does hygienic production mean?
This concerns production during which it is essential to prevent mechanical, chemical and biological contamination of products during all phases of the production process, on the basis of the customer’s requirements. In practice, these requirements place strict demands on the cleanliness of the environment, the work clothing and the employees’ facilities. Our new Compact 3 line is a model example of the solution to this type of production.
Do you offer financial support to students who would like to start working for your company once they finish school?
Yes, we have prepared a scholarship programme for students in the field of “Machine and equipment mechanic – plastics processing technologies” in cooperation with the Centre for Professional Training (COP) in Sezimovo Ústí. Students can receive up to CZK 74,000 in financial support while studying.
Do you also employ temporary workers who are under 18 years old?
Because numerous restrictions apply to employees who are minors, we require that so-called temporary workers, whether they work on the basis of an agreement or carry out work part-time, are over eighteen with regard to the valid legislation.
I have a young child and I am finding it difficult to find a pre-school for him/her. Can you help?
We are a partner to the pre-school in Lipová Street in Sezimovo Ústí. Depending on your residential address, we will be happy to find out if there is space for your child at the pre-school.
