Sales Director deputy
The main job:
- supports the Sales Director in leading and motivating the sales team
- participates in the preparation and implementation of the Silon Group's strategic plans in the field of sales
- participates in setting annual sales targets (sales volumes of existing and new products) for the given product group and region
- co-responsible for establishing and maintaining key indicators (KPI) in the field of sales
- participates in the preparation and presentation of sales results
- prepares documents for offers and price negotiations with existing and potential customers
- monitors the development of the market situation, including competitor analysis, and prepares forecasts for further development
- defines corrective measures in the event of a threat to the sales plan
- resolves customer escalations
- together with marketing, defines and emplements a plan to support Silon Group's sales activities (marketing, campaigns, fairs, conferences, etc.)
- cooperates with the R&D, marketing, quality and other departments as needed
- together with the sales director, he defines the succession planning for individual positions and the training plan for the sales team
We expect:
- bachelor degree or comparible education
- language skills – English fluently, Italian language is an advantage
- practice of B2B sale, dealing with customers
- experience in managin an international team
- strategic thinking and a strategic view of global sales
- negotiating skills and presentation skills
- independence, responsibility, active approach for job
- willingness to travelling and stress resistance
- driving license class B
