An extra week of holiday leave
We provide an extra week of holiday leave in addition to the requirements stipulated by the Labour Code, i.e., you have a total of 25 days holiday leave a year. Employees working under difficult conditions and after having worked for our company for ten years receive additional days of holiday leave.
Flexible working hours
You have the option of working flexible working hours if the nature of your job allows this. You can choose when you begin and end your working day within a defined range of hours and work with a balance of +/- 30 hours.
Additional pension insurance contribution
If you are making payments towards additional pension insurance, your employer will contribute a monthly amount according to the valid Collective Agreement once the trial period elapses.
Contribution to a summer camp for children
Children’s summer camps are growing increasingly popular. If you have school-aged children, you can obtain a contribution to their stay in a summer camp.
